Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association Meeting Minutes

The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on the twenty-fifth of September, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was chaired by HOA President Jones, with a quorum of homeowners in attendance.

After call to order, the record from the previous meeting were examined and passed with some amendments.

  • Mr. Davis, gave a summarized financial update outlining the current status of the homeowner association's funds.
  • Multiple homeowners raised questions regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed tennis court construction and traffic maintenance.
  • The board addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing updates about the projects.

After the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, on the same day next month.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Homeowners Association is at this time examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to improve the standard of life for all residents while resolving present concerns and encouraging a thriving community.

  • Amongst the proposed amendments are standards related to yard maintenance, sound restrictions, and vehicle placement.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments meticulously and submit their suggestions by August 15th.
  • A public forum will be held on August 3rd to address the proposed amendments in more depth.

More information regarding the proposed amendments can be obtained on the HOA's online platform. Residents are strongly encouraged to participate in this important process.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative

Our dedicated community members are coming together read more to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by adding flowers, cleaning up public spaces, and promoting a sense of ownership.

We're consistently working on numerous projects, including the revitalization of our central park. We invite you to participate in making Sherwood Lakes a truly desirable place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is right around the corner. This year, we encourage all homeowners to participate in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.

A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!

Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our thriving community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Via unitedly participating, residents can help deter crime, watch over one another's properties, and foster a stronger sense of community. Gatherings will be held periodically to discuss.
